There have been enough changes to the build process that I don’t feel the original instructions are worth much anymore. I will probably get around to documenting them here one day but please feel free to contact me to hurry me along if you are interested in building the project before then. You would need Visual Studio 2008 (the express editions probably won’t work), a number of 3rd party libraries and a lot of patience
